Rich is a wonderful realtor. This was my first time buying a house and he helped me out with everything. He was super fast with answering my questions. He went out of his way to meet with me during the final steps. Rich understood what I was looking for and would suggest properties for me to look at. He helped negotiate the price of the house so I stayed within my budget. Without him explaining what a 203K mortgage was, I didn't have to shy away from a house that needed some work. He was able to explain what this was and help me find a contractor who could do any repairs for me. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Rich.
